George Anagnostou heads the institutional sales and equity placements at A.G.P.

Mr. Anagnostou’ s career spans over 12 years, during which time he has played a lead role in over 400 transactions, resulting in over $10 billion in capital raised. His product expertise includes U.S.-listed Registered Direct Offerings, Public Offerings, Private Placements and SPACs. He also has sector experience and deep industry knowledge in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Technology, Consumer, Special Situations and International Shipping. His key relationships and active clients are some of the largest global hedge funds and institutional buy-side investors.

Mr. Anagnostou is a Series 7, 63 and 24 licensed Registered Representative. He earned a B.S. in International Business from the University of Plymouth, UK and a M.S. in International Finance from the SUNY Maritime College of NY.
