Phillip Michals is currently CEO/Executive Chairman of A.G.P. (US). Under the leadership of the management team, A.G.P. (US) has transformed from a boutique level investment firm to a regional full-service investment Company that provides diversified financial services to Institutions, Corporate and Retail Clients. A.G.P. has nearly 250 representatives nationwide with more than 16 locations across the US serving domestic and international needs.

Phil Michals is a Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board and Director of A.G.P. Canada, where he assists the team with developing and executing business goals in Canada. The Firm specializes in cross-border middle-market investment banking and institutional services.

Phil rejoined the Board of Directors of Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOAN) in 2019, which is a publicly traded REIT. He was previously on the board from 1999 to 2014. He also serves on the company’s audit, nominee, and corporate governance committees.

Phil has been a partner in RG MICHALS since 1999 and was affiliated with an independent firm from 2010-2018. His responsibilities were primarily in business development, where the channel added approximately $4 billion of assets onto the platform during that time.

Phil currently has his Series 7, 63, 24, 99 and 65 licenses along with having completed the PDO Canadian Securities exam. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Delaware.
