C.K. Poe Fratt

Managing Director, Equity Research, Senior Transportation Analyst

C. K. Poe Fratt joined Alliance Global Partners (AGP) with more than 30 years of investment research experience, both on the sell side and buy side. Poe focuses on the Transportation Sector, which includes logistics, marine shipping and surface transportation.

Prior to joining AGP, Poe worked at Noble Capital Markets for almost five years, covering the Transportation Sector, mainly logistics and marine shipping. Prior to joining Noble, he established energy research coverage at D.A. Davidson, mainly focused on midstream and Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs), in 2015 and was an analyst covering energy and industrials at a deep value hedge fund from 2009.

Prior to moving to the buy side, he was the Senior Oilfield Service Analyst at A.G. Edwards for nearly nine years. While there, he was named a top stock picker by the Wall Street Journal in the 2005 and 2006 “Best on the Street” surveys. He also worked at other major investment firms in New York, including BT Alex. Brown, Smith Barney, Loews Corporation, and Lehman Brothers.

Poe earned a history degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Cornell University (SC Johnson Graduate School of Management).
